Hi Miles,
That is usually related to either a setting you have in PayPal or to a conflict with another plugin. If you have a look at the PayPal support thread here: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/PayPal-Basics/quot-Things-don-t-appear-to-be-working-at-the-moment-Please-try/td-p/1199481 you’ll see a few responses from people who are using WordPress and PayPal and who mention the issue being either another plugin or a setting they had in their PayPal account. I’d suggest having a look at that support thread and following the suggestions of those who were experiencing the same problem (including testing deactivating other plugins), to see if that allows you to get to the payment screen.
Thank you. I have read them all and still not found a solution. When I try my paypal account everything works. When I put in my clients paypal account it does not. Do you know what setting in Paypal could be wrong?
Hi milesforacure,
It could also be something specific with the client’s PayPal account which isn’t letting them accept payments, you could try contacting PayPal to see if they know of any such issues with their account. Also, the appointments plugin requires only the email and price details to generate the payment button so we’re not sure what else could be wrong from the plugins end, also as you mentioned that it works with your account, contacting PayPal would definitely help to rule out any issues with the account itself.
