Ideally, the purchases happen automatically and you don’t have to complete the payment every time from the backend. We will take a look at the issue you are facing.
You can drop an email at [email protected] containing the admin credentials of your WordPress site so that we can get the issue resolved.

The issue has been resolved from our end.
The orders ids for the paid products in the Database were not getting updated. Therefore, the orders in the ‘Processing’ state were not able to get completed. This was a bug which was present in the previous version of Edwiser Bridge.
We have now solved it and even fixed the issue in the upcoming update.
