Hi @rentosite ,
We had Buddyboss incompatibility issue with that has been fixed a year ago in 1.3.1. I am not sure if Buddypress is from same vendor. But I would assume yes, it could be same kind of issue – Buddy’s plugin redeclaring WP functions. We will have a look.
Please send Woo system report and error message/details to [email protected]. You can find details how to contact us here.
Thanks,
StefanLike something is fixed. I reinstalled and activated the plugin, I didn’t experience the critical error again. But I don’t have the API token and store codes, so Payoneer doesn’t display as a payment method on Woocommerce checkout. I have filled a form inside of my Payoneer account for activation of Payoneer checkout. I’m yet to receive a response
Please share Woo status report via email. We would have a look to fix it for all merchants.
Thank you for your trust & registration!Best,
StefanOk. I have sent the status report to the email address
Please note: the status report is on Payoneer checkout no-show on woocommerce checkout page. I don’t have the report for the critical error caused in the first instance because the error made my website unreachable, so I deactivated and deleted the plugin
I just got your email with the status report so we can have a look on compatibility with store plugins.
Thanks a lot!
StefanPayoneer is incredible. One week after submitting complaint about Payoneer Woocpmmerce checkout plugin, they’re yet to get back to me with any solution. If you’re no longer supporting this plugin, better you say so. I think this is embarrassing
Hi @rentosite
I was under impression that your issue was resolved on your side:
I didn’t experience the critical error againWe were handling the compatibility issue with low prio. We are about to release version 2.0.0 tomorrow. Please double check with next release 2.0.0 and if the issue was still reproducible we would handle it with higher priority.
Best,
StefanThat the plugin did not break my website on activation, causing critical error, as it did on first installation was not a solution to the integration problem. I stated that
Payoneer doesn’t display as a payment method on Woocommerce checkout. I have filled a form inside of my Payoneer account for activation of Payoneer checkout. I’m yet to receive a response
I am now feeling concerned about what could happen where a customer have an issue to resolve concerning payment and Payoneer Support is not responsive
Hi @rentosite
We were not able to reproduce the issue with available informations. I asked via email for more details.
Dedicated teams are taking care of:
– onboarding / registration support
– payment processing support
– technical / integration support
IMHO with no delays. Creating account takes a time to fulfil all external requirements. Are you still facing a technical integration issue or you are waiting for your Payoneer Checkout account? Here I can help only with Woo plugin issues.

Payoneer Checkout.
The main issue is that Payoneer does not display as a payment method at checkout, at least it should work in test mode if this is integration issue. I have tried finding if the problem stems from other plugins but that is not the case because I installed and activated another payment method on test mode and it worked
Hi @rentosite
unfortunately Test mode is available only with Payoneer Checkout account.
Username / token / store code are needed to display our payment method.
