Payment gateways are not considered as separate integrations so you won’t see them on “Forminator -> Integrations” page.
Instead, please go to the “Forminator -> Settings -> Payments” page and you’ll find configuration for both PayPal and Stripe there (they are both available in free version of the plugin).
It only requires providing Client ID and Secret keys. You’ll find more information about configuration in the docs here:
