I have received an email from Paypal:

Effective 1/18/2017, your PayPal Payments Standard (also known as Website Payments Standard or HTML buttons) integration will be affected by updates we’re making to enhance the checkout process.

We’ve identified your integration as passing either invalid or incorrect data to PayPal in one or more of your payment buttons. To ensure your payments continue to process, you’ll need to update your
integration as soon as possible.

Which version of WC are you using? Can you send through a system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**?

Sometimes my store loads new Paypal interface and sometimes old one…

Also, accessing the store via mobile phone loads the new PayPal interface correctly.
It seems Chrome and Firefox load the old interface:
I see a nice blue lock loading the new interface (webapps/hermes), and then it switches to the old interface (/cgi-bin/websrc)
Testing with Edge, it loads the new interface with no problems.
