Paypal buttons changed

I had a probelm on my website – not allowing me to login – so the hosting company IONOS switched off all the plugins and i was able to log back in as admin

Now something has changed on the checkout page – I used to have 2 buttons on the page – 1 for Paypal and 1 for Cards – All excellent and working fine for years

NOW – when i put woocommerce back on and paypal back on – ONLY the paypal button appeared – so i had to check advanced payments and it was enabled – so i disabled and reenabled and now the Button appeared

BUT so has 2 radio buttons – Which did not appear before – and if i change the TEXT for advanced payment label – TITLE – it changes the text next to the radio button – and if i click on the radio button the Card details form appears – BUT fill in and does not work

so I have now change the title to

For Debit & Credit Cards – PLEASE USE Black Button under Paypal button below

And the button works fine as before , as it always has

I looked through the documentation and cant see why i have setup different

I thought maybe a new feature following an update – as on 2 Sep 25 I did update

Updated plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” to 3.1.0 from 3.0.9

so i went back to an older version of backup – Version 3.0.6

and its still the same , so how do i get rid of the little radio buttons – and just go back to havign the Text and then the 2 buttons
