    Hello,

I’m currently trying to connect to my PayPal account on Events Tickets and Registration but the minibrowser won’t load the PayPal login page, and instead will show me a “Not Found” page, with a wrong URL ([https://]www.******.[com]/wp-admin/&displayMode=minibrowser&partnerDomain=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.******.[com]).

I tried deactivating all the other plugins and nothing changed. I am running PayPal on WooCommerce on the same website and it is running flawlessly.

Do you have any idea what could cause this ?

    Regards,
    Sidoine.

    Hi @sidoine ,

Thank you for your message and the information.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce the issue in my testing environment running only The Events Calendar plugins and the twenty-twenty-one theme. In that regard, I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Hi @d0153 & @tristan083,

Sorry I didn’t reach back to you, but as I was mentioning before i’m running Twenty Twenty-Four and I tried deactivating all the plugins but the problem was still there.

I decided not to run the plugin anymore as I couldn’t figure out what was causing trouble and the features wouldn’t answer my needs anymore.

Thank you for reaching out, have a nice day !
