Paypal Donations Not Loading

    Hi there! I’ve connected Paypal Donations to givewp plugin, but when I click on the paypal button, it loads a screen with a lock and then goes back to the donation form. The plugin was working fine a week ago, but paypal and venmo are not working now. I’ve tried disabling my cache plugin to see if that was causing any problems, but that didn’t solve it either. Thanks for all the help, advance!

    Hi there.

    I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

    I navigated to your form and filled in the donation form, including the billing address, and it worked properly for me. You can see it here:

    You must ensure you are filling in all required fields, otherwise, PayPal will not work.

    Hi Matheus, thanks so much for looking into this! This makes complete sense, I knew it was something simple. With that being said, is here anyway we can either a) move the paypal/venmo buttons below the billing address so it is more obvious that you need to fill these fields out before using paypal/venmo, or b) make the billing address not required? Let me know, thanks for all the help!
