do you use an SSL certificate for your shop? If yes please let your hoster check if you are using TLS 1.2 what PayPal Plus requires.

hello,
i have used ssl certificate for dev server and not using ssl cretificate to live server both are giving same error. paypal was working on both sites but recently stop working and giving that error.

yes is correct because PayPal changed it standards and all shop owners need to make an upgrade of there SSL certificates.
