    I am using the free ARMember plugin. I set up a subscription plan with monthly payments and configured PayPal to receive them. But my users are getting this PayPal error when trying to subscribe: “Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time”

    I double checked and the APIs are correct, also my PayPal account has a verified credit card to receive the payments. What could be wrong? Thanks

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    Regarding error showing at paypal payment gateway I think this type of error return when issue is from PayPal Account itself. It has nothing to do with the plugin. So kindly contact PayPal support for this issue. They will be able to assist you best in this case.
