I keep receiving the following warning from Paypal:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://my-site.com/?s2member_paypal_notify=1

Did you try loading your IPN URL to see if you get any errors? Wp Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> IPN

Did you verify that you entered that URL correctly in your PayPal account?
