That menu in the my-account section is only visible when the Vaulting feature has been enabled.
When Vaulting is disabled it should not appear.

I’m getting an error at the Paypal Developer while trying to activate and save the Vault option.

If you connect your account through the integrated onboarding wizard as described here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/
Then the vaulting option will be automatically enabled for the newly created REST application.
If you struggle to manually activate the feature in the PayPal developer dashboard for your existing REST application, then the PayPal MTS would be in a better position to assist you.
Our recommendation is to always use the onboarding wizard as ut automatically configures certain features.
