    Sure, we can certainly help. We don’t provide support over here on wordpress forums, we actually just happened to see this post, but you can go to http://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and submit a support ticket there and we’ll take a loook.

    I did look on your page, there should be a button there at the bottom that isn’t loading, so will need to investigate further with access on that ticket.
