PayPal Official Complete setup loop.

I am trying to connect “PayPal Official” payment option through Woo settings payemnts. I have gone through the set up – installed ” PayPal Offical”, clicked on “complete set up”, get message “Complete Your Payment Setup” -” click button “connect to paypay”, log into paypal, get message “you’re all set”. When I return to my site, woo settings page says “complete setup”, right where I started. How to fix this?
