PayPal Pay Now Button

Good afternoon,

I want to change the text ‘buy now’ to a ‘pay now’. Is it possible? Also, I like to remove the item’s name and price so when someone clicks on a ‘pay now’ button, redirects them directly to PayPal checkout page without the need of additional information.
