    Hi there

    I’m having real trouble setting up PayPal payments and wondering if you can help.

    Currently I have both PayPal Single Gateway and PayPal Standard Gateway set up as I wanted to test the differences between the two. Both are set up in Sandbox mode (and I’ve obviously also set up the relevant sandbox accounts).

    Issues

    In BOTH cases – user is transferred to PayPal to complete the transaction and everything seems to work fine (ie. relevant notifications are shown as being sent to both buyer and seller in the Sandbox), however, under Memberships/Transactions the bill is shown as a “draft” ie. not actually billed, and certainly not paid (as it presumably should be).

    Am I missing a setting somewhere?

    Hey @nikbond,

    Hope you’re well.

    I setup Membership 2 plugin and paypal sandbox for standard gateway. And while registering paid membership everything works normally. I can see the bill as paid at backend, wp-admin side. So there can be some conflict or some thing that break the connection between paypal and your site.

    Can you try plugin conflict test first and try to use Membership 2 plugin without any add-on. You just need to deactivate all plugins for your site and all add-ons for Membership 2 and try again.
