Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? Can you provide a copy of the log file?
Hi yes, I have emailed it to service ~ angelleye,
I just got an error reported on a transaction a few minutes ago again – seems to happen sporadically.
thanks a lot
To confirm, when you’re seeing this it’s just a “SuccessWithWarning” so you are seeing completed orders and money in your PayPal account, right?
Yeah, from what I can see these are just warnings, but it’s interesting. The warning is that the order was completed, but the total price of items in the cart doesn’t match the order total. The interesting thing is that when looking at the logs, the values do add up, so I’m not sure why it’s triggering this warning.
I’m going to submit this to PayPal’s MTS and see if they can tell me what’s going on here. Again, though, you should be seeing completed orders and money in your account when this happens.
Ah, actually, I see the problem. The parameters in the request are incorrect. That’s odd, though, because I haven’t had this reported from anybody else.
I’m going to run some tests here to see if I can reproduce this and I’ll post again here when I know more.
Are you using regular coupon codes in WooCommerce or do you have some plugin in play providing discounts?
Hello. I’m also having this issue since 7/30/2015. Not sure why this is happening either. We are having customers try at least 5 times to place an order then it will go through. 15008 is in my log file as well. We are losing money fast. Any solutions yet?
The error has to do with the way the discount is getting included in the API request.
Again, though, the API request is showing that it’s a SuccessWithWarning result. That means that the order did complete and the money is in your PayPal account. The plugin treats both Success and SuccessWithWarning the same for the buyer experience, so they shouldn’t even be seeing that any warning was returned at all. That would just be for you, the site owner.
It’s definitely something we need to get fixed, and it will be patched in our 1.1.6.3.5 update coming very soon. Again, though, this would not be the cause of any lost orders. This money is in your account (based on the log you sent me via support ticket).
I got the error on a test order I did, and it did appear to me as a user (I was not logged in as an administrator, just as a customer making a purchase as guest). Anyway I’ll keep an eye out for your upcoming update. Thanks!

Hello, I just got the same error doing a test checkout. Has a fix been posted yet?
Please submit a ticket here and provide the logs (of course, you need to make sure logging is enabled in the plugin settings) so I can take a look.
I’m so very sorry, your plugin works awesome it was user error on my end. I had some issues setting up the Paypal Sandbox account. The coupon works now, thank you so much!
I’m glad you were able to get it worked out!
