Paypal payment shows wrong amount

    Hi,

    I just made a test order about 18.00€ + 9.99€ with PP.

    The basked shows correctly 27,99 but in the initial PP window, it states 18.00€…

    Wenn then submitting the payment, a Woo order is being created but immediately set to failed and PayPal then tells something like ‘ah, this was the wrong amount, actually it is 27,99€, do you want to confirm?’… if I confirm it, then the order gets set to payed and is being processed.

    What is wrong here?

    We would need access to the report system, including the page URL and a list of plugins, to assess this behavior. It would probably be helpful to reproduce the issue. Please enable the “Logging” function in the “Connection” tab.

    You can get system report by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button.

    Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, send us the link, so we can review them in detail.     Hi @inpsydekrystian,

    I think, this mystery is solved… I fumbled with the hooks

    woocommerce_cart_ready_to_calc_shipping and woocommerce_cart_needs_shipping

    to only let shopping cart calculation happen on the checkout page and for whatever reason, this interfered with the PayPal plugin.

    I found a different solution for what I wanted to achieve and now, everything looks as expected.
