Paypal Redirect

Right now my booking calendar is duplicating the form and not linking me directly to paypal for checkout. I want the visitor to select their extra, complete the form and be redirected directly to paypal to make their payment. Right now it is creating multiple forms before redirecting and the paypal button is appearing in the middle of the page. Please help me fix these issues.
