PayPal Sandbox Mode Issues

    We’ve entered the correct sandbox creditials, (should these be the sandbox id and key or the paypal id and key doe not say) we did click enable sandbox mode and can access our paypal sandbox account.

    However when we click PLACE ORDER while logged in as fake user, the tranaction using a fake user does nothing. Just sit there…Thoughts?

    We don’t clear how to you test function paypal, what is the fake user mean? We config paypal sandbox on site https://test.thimpress.com/courses/python/. Can you test, and capture video your case send to us? So we can clearly.

    Seems fixed we did not realize you ust click both enable paypal and enable sandbox plus add sandbox id and ket to test as a fake purchase. Seems to work now when testing a purchase in sandbox. Guess when we go live, add live client id and secret key then uncheck enable sandbox.

    Hi @voicetoons

    Yes, you must config 2 “Client ID” and “Client Secret”. It requirement for config via PayPal. Key sandbox and live of PayPal not same. So you need enter correct, and enabe/disable option “sandbox mode” correct with key.
