PayPal SDK script (paypal.com/sdk/js) is completely absent from the checkout page source code, but loads correctly on the cart page. Using shortcode-based checkout [woocommerce_checkout]. All payment methods are enabled in plugin settings. Account is fully connected via onboarding. Result is that PayPal button works but returns an error before redirecting back to the store, and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay all say ‘not available.’ Also running Native Stripe on the same site.

The bottom paypal option is what comes from this plugin.; I had to turn back on the native paypal plugin because my checkout can’t be broken for a long time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dolcezza

Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins. Can you enable our PayPal plugin so we can review the checkout page?

Did you make sure to enable Google Pay within your PayPal business account? Here is our guide on enabling Google Pay: https://paymentplugins.com/documentation/paypal/googlepay/

If you have the Use place order button option enabled on the PayPal Settings page then no PayPal SDK script will be loaded since it’s not needed in that scenario.

    Kind Regards

It is enabled now. Everything is enabled in paypal because they were all being used origonally with the native paypal plugin. I was trying to switch to your plugin.

So I started with what ai said. I am not sure the sdk is the actual problem. I went through the setup stages of your plugin, and everything on the backend says it was active. If I tried to place an order, the order would got through but then the paypal screen would say “there was a problem” instead of confirming. All of the wallet things juts say not available right now and so does the card processing.

I was using the wallets through stripe so I don’t really need those, but wanted to give you the info in case they are related.

The site is live and active though so I don’t want to leave broken payment methods on for long.

    Thank you

    Hi @dolcezza

The PayPal buttons are rendering correctly, here is a screenshot showing those on your checkout page:

The wallets not being available would be related to how your business account is setup. Please click this documentation link and follow the directions. You will need to make sure Google Pay and Apple Pay are enabled for the application.

Regarding the error message with PayPal, can you take a screenshot showing the error? You can also go to the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and look for a wc-ppcp log file which may have more details.

    Kind Regards
