We checked your site and the Paypal page loaded successfully each time we tried to checkout. Since the issue is not occurring always it doesn’t seem to be an issue related to the plugin. Can you please check exactly when the issue is occurring?

Thanks for the reply and thanks very much for testing it on your end. I also have tested it as a user with no problems. Basically they said when they hit the button that takes them to PayPal on my checkout page it doesn’t load. Then when they try again at a different time or an a different device everything works fine. One user had Windows 10 and the other one was on an iPad, not sure about connection speeds. Could it be something on the users side? The majority of my users have not had a problem.

We are not sure what might have caused the issue. It might have occurred due to some network issues or PayPal side errors. We can assure you that the issue is not caused due to any issues with the plugin.
