PDF Add-On not generating, errors

    I purchased the PDF Add-on for IssueM and I’m not sure if it’s not activating or just not working– or both. I entered the license key and clicked activate though the license key just disappears. I went to generate a PDF and when I click the link to the “Issue-to-PDF Generated PDF” it opens a window with �PNG IHDRX p��

    What is happening here?
