Please, tell us in more detail at which stages exactly the difficulty arises, or you can record a video using Loom Specify all aspects in more detail. We are always ready to help our users with issues that have arisen. However, to solve it, we need more data.

The console only indicates the path where this case originated, but is not the cause of this case. Please pay attention to our last reply where we pointed out that the function works correctly if the server is correctly configured and there are no conflicting plugins (video link is attached).
In this case, the console indicates incorrect encryption, which can be caused by third-party plugins blocking certain functions. To disable this option, please disable all third-party plugins and check if this feature works.
We cannot provide personal data/settings in public threads, as we need to study this case in more detail (inside the system), since we are sure that the reason is in third-party software.

We checked this case on our servers, but this issue was not found. Please make sure your browser is not blocking the generated PDF and any firewalls that might be blocking this feature. Also please make sure you are using the latest version of the Cost Calculator PRO plugin v3.1.14
@showapps Thank you for your feedback. We hope that non-original plugins from third-party services will be removed as they can ruin the reputation of our company. We will try to eradicate such services.
