    Please enable the PDF Entries in Calculator Settings -> PDF Entries Screenshot and make sure that everything was set up correctly.     In case the PDF button will not work properly, please let us know

    thanks, but i done all the steps yet , and the button don’t work , this is why i disable it,

    the button is displayed but no event happen when user click

    Please send us your calculator files and we will analyze its configurations, you can do it with the “Export” tool:

    We are sure that there is no issues with the plugin, since this case was tested several times by our testing department and by us personally.

    Also please make sure you don’t have strong caching plugins like WPRocket installed, as such plugins can block scripts and styles.

    I also want to note that the “PDF Entries” option is a PRO plugin feature. For PRO products we have separate support:

    The console only indicates the path where this case originated, but is not the cause of this case. Please pay attention to our last reply where we pointed out that the function works correctly if the server is correctly configured and there are no conflicting plugins (video link is attached).

    In this case, the console indicates incorrect encryption, which can be caused by third-party plugins blocking certain functions. To disable this option, please disable all third-party plugins and check if this feature works.

    We cannot provide personal data/settings in public threads, as we need to study this case in more detail (inside the system), since we are sure that the reason is in third-party software.

    Yes I did, it was a problem with the plugin that was not original, I bought the original and it worked perfect at the time.

    We checked this case on our servers, but this issue was not found. Please make sure your browser is not blocking the generated PDF and any firewalls that might be blocking this feature. Also please make sure you are using the latest version of the Cost Calculator PRO plugin v3.1.14
