    Hi,
My plugin works correctly, except when print pdf Invoice.
If you see html invoice, it’s ok, and if you print this view as pdf, you have your invoice ok.
But if the plugin generate a pdf invoice, that you can view in your “My account”, or you receive it at email, the text is superimposed over each other, and invoice is reduced to four lines with text crushed top of each other.

    It´s a pdf-format-printer-problem, and I don’t know what can I do.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello Santiago,
I think this is an issue with fonts. Do you see any errors on the plugin status tab?
Are you using a custom font?

    Hello Ewout,

I’m not an wordpress expert… I don’t know what’s my font, I’m not made any changes. But on the plugin status I can read this:

“The central temp folder (1.5+) is /var/www/vhost/muj.org/home/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf/. By default, this folder is created in the WordPress uploads folder (/var/www/vhost/muj.org/home/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/), which can be defined by setting UPLOADS in wp-config.php. Alternatively, you can control the specific folder for PDF invoices by using the wpo_wcpdf_tmp_path filter. Make sure this folder is writable and that the subfolders attachments, dompdf and fonts are present (these will be created by the plugin if the central temp folder is writable).

If the temporary folders were not automatically created by the plugin, verify that all the font files (from /var/www/vhost/muj.org/home/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/dompdf/lib/fonts/) are copied to the fonts folder. Normally, this is fully automated, but if your server has strict security settings, this automated copying may have been prohibited. In that case, you also need to make sure these folders get synchronized on plugin updates!”

But.. I can’t write anything at font folder neither change permissions to write

    Hi,

I’ve created a new wpo_wcpdf folder at server, and renamed as old the old wpo_wcpdf folder. Now it works ok.

But Bold text doesn’t appear, I can read: ” “Can not extract the embedded font OpenSans-Bold. Some characters might not display or print correctly”

I’ve saw than in style.css there is a url to: “http://themes.googleusercontent.com/static/fonts/opensans/v7/k3k702ZOKiLJc3WVjuplzMDdSZkkecOE1hvV7ZHvhyU.ttf”
    I see it’s ok.

    What can I do?
