PDF Customisation

Hello I’m really liking this plugin so far, I like the fact that a lot of the things I had an enquiry about already exist in your FAQ.

My question is about customising the PDF, at the moment it kind of does an almost 1:1 version of the email taking up pretty much the full A4 page (by default). Personally I want to get rid of the custom message, who it’s from and to. And just the basic information of Amount, Giftcard Code, Expiry, QR Code etc. To make it look simple for end-users and like an actual card? Is there a way to omit information / move logos around?

I know there’s something written about adding PDF-Only Content https://www.pimwick.com/pw-faq/pdf-only-content/, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to hide existing values or recall them. There’s another topic about PDF Sizes too, but that seems to be the limit of customisation, unless I’m mistaken?
