I updated to the latest DMS this morning. I’m using Chrome (I imagine it might have something to do with Chrome using it’s own PDF viewer). I’ll drop you an email now.

Hello, I experience exactly the same problem. I cant work out why the screen displays the message ‘Failed to load PDF document’ Can you please help me with this issue?
Hi Villa,
It was a bug with the plugin when updating to the new version. You need to make sure you have the latest version, then reupload all of your files. Once you’ve done that, the problem should fix itself (The latest version has dealt with the problem, so it shouldn’t happen again).
If that doesn’t work, then you might have a different issue
