Hi Anna!
WP Offload Media Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist!
I’m afraid we do not have any experience with PDF Embedder plugin so we are unable to tell whether it’s compatible with our plugin. However, most compatibility issues arise when WP Offload Media is configured to remove files from the server after uploading to the bucket. Many types of plugins like sliders, galleries and optimization tools require access to the local file. If you’re interested here’s a list of plugins we’re compatible with –

Please note that WP Offload Media only offloads files that exists on your WordPress Media Library. If the files uploaded via PDF Embedder do not end up on the Media Library then WP Offload Media won’t be able to offload, remove, and rewrite the URLs of those files. If so, WP Offload Media should not cause any compatibility issues with the plugin.
But if those files are also uploaded on your Media Library then those will be offloaded by the plugin, then rewritten, and if you have “Remove Local Media” enabled, those will also be removed from your local server. If this is the case then to ensure our plugin would work alongside PDF Embedder, we recommend reaching out to their support team to see if they use the following hooks –

From the link above, you can find several standard WordPress filters that WP Offload Media relies on to be able to rewrite local media URLs to cloud storage URLs in displayed content. As long as PDF Embedder uses those standard WordPress filters, you should be able to use the “Remove Local Media” setting which will allow you to remove files from server after those files are offloaded to bucket –
