Hi I am also having the issue with the PDF output coming out as nonsensical text on both desktop and mobile.
On desktop I get a string of text in an .html file that looks like Chinese mixed with something else, and on mobile I get what appears to be raw PDF text strings.
On desktop I am Mac OS Sierra and Chrome; on mobile I am iOS 11.0.3 and Chrome.

Thank you for notifying us about this! But I see there’s a lot of html code inthe text areas. You could clear this in the editor, this gets pasted from the place you copied the text from.
We will try to trim all unnecessary code from the texts also, but this will take some time.
And out put of the PDF on iOS allso will be addressed, this is mostlikelly issue of pdf generator, we will try to fix this.
Ok I’ve removed some of the unnecessary code and it’s a bit better, do let us know when the IOS issue is resolved. Thanks for your help

could you provide more details about the server, like php version, php mode?
we just tested this with different php versions (5.6/7) and modes (CGI/FPM) and it does prints the pdf correctly for us on 2 different servers with Safari and iOS.
Also super helpful here will be if you could share a temporary FTP access to your server, so we could do couple of tests. You can share this info by email gleb[at]blueglass.ee

We implemented a “Possible” fix for this issue to the latest vershin, please update report if this is now fixed or still not.
It’s quite hard to fix something when we dont see it on our sceen 🙁

You should test this function in the Safari browser as it exports an html file not a PDF

Yes, I know, but it does download PDF on our server’s nicely, without .html at the end.

ok just updated, safari now works. The only job causing an issue on export PDF is http://ultra.education/job/10808/ and I can’t see why, i have stripped out all the code

Thanks – this issue appears to be fixed with your new 1.3.3 update on the Chrome and Safari browsers for both iOS 11.0.3 and MacOS 10.12.6.
