PDF iframe is blank when i embed

    I’m embedding a pdf newsletter on this page for a client website. i am using elementor and astra theme. when i embed using the embed pdf container in elementor. I get an empty box frame in the editor as well as the live page.
    Already disabled all plugins except elementor and embedpress and tested, but problem persists. Cleared cache as well. Tested on different devices but it shows a blank box everywhere.

    Any help is appreciated!
