    Hi,

    Is it possible to add an invoice generator feature to this plugin? For example, I’d like the ability to generate invoices that include specific customer details such as Name, Address, Zip Code, Phone Number, and Monthly Fee/Price. Ideally, there would also be an option to select which fields to include in the invoice, along with a button for each user to print or download their invoice.

    Do you think this feature might be introduced soon, perhaps as a premium addon? It would be a fantastic and highly useful addition to the plugin.

    It’s a good idea, but I don’t have specific plans to do this because it would be hard to anticipate exactly what it should look like. Participants Database isn’t specifically a commerce plugin, so it’s not obvious how it would be used to generate invoices.

    You can do this yourself if you’ve got some CSS skills and maybe php if you want to create a custom template.

    The idea is you set up a special page for it using the [pdb_single] shortcode, giving it a special configuration it to display the invoice. The user can print or download from that page, but there’s a fair amount of configuration needed to make it look exactly the way you want.
