pdf like form

    Hi Guys,
    I need the user to receive a PDF after fill the form: the pdf is
    exactly as the form is (with all the data inserted by customer ), plus
    other text that I need to add in pdf.
    Can I do this with the Gravity PDF plugin? do you have a guide or tutorial?
