PDF not attaching

    Hello, i have found this really cool plugin.

    I am using for now the free version and i am testing the it on my website.

    I have the problem that when i ativate the PDF Atteached to the Mail, that i get no PDF atteached to it. What can be the problem? Thanks for your help.

    To better understand why the PDF is not getting attached to the email as expected, could you please share the following details?

    1. A screenshot of the current email settings that you enabled.
    2. Your WooCommerce system status report, which you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report. (You can share these details via wetransfer.com)
    3. Any relevant error messages or logs, if available, from:
      • WooCommerce > Status > Logs
      • Or your server’s PHP error log

    These details will help us pinpoint the issue and guide you more effectively.

    You wanted the email settings. Which one did you want me to send you?

    I habe also the plugin WooCommerce PDF-Rechnungen, Lieferscheine, Lieferscheine und Versandetiketten and there is no problem of sending the PDF Invoice. So have to be somthing in the other plugin.

    We tried replicating the issue based on the logs you shared but were unable to reproduce the same errors on our end. To investigate this further and assist you more effectively, could you please share the following details:

    • WooCommerce System Status Report (WooCommerce → Status → Get system report)
    • A screenshot of the General Settings page of the Gift Cards plugin (Gift Cards → General Settings)

    Kindly share the above details securely here.

    Regarding the coupon_id warning you mentioned, this issue was related to a compatibility change with the latest WooCommerce update. We have already addressed this internally, and the fix will be included in our immediate next release.
