It looks like you are using some kind of page builder for your page, and that isn’t designer to process shortcodes. If you were just embedding the shortcode in a regular WordPress page, I think everything would work fine.
So you might need to ask the support team of whichever page builder plugin or theme you are using to put your page together. I hope this points you in the right direction.

Gravity Forms HTML field for placing the shortcode in, and using WP Visual Composer for the pagebuilder.

Actually for the shortcode i am using in a WooCommerce Product with the Gravity forms Woocommerce Addon – and placing the shortcode into the gravity forms html field.
