Pdf not uploding

    hello,

    we using the plugin, and also we makes customized, display, features, options, cropping, share, double tap zoom, and more… Thanks for the plugin. And now issue is pdf not uploads ( customized is not the issue, before also pdf not works)… Please see the https://belagavivaradi.com/epapers/belagavi-varadi-e-paper/

    what was the issue, why pdf not works.. Please suggest

    Hi @satishraj19,

    Thanks for using the SK ePaper Manager plugin.

    The PDF upload issue is not related to the plugin. It usually happens due to server settings. Please check:
    1. Upload Limit – Go to Media → Add New and verify your maximum upload size (PDF or video both need higher limits).
    2. Allowed File Types – Ask your host to enable MIME types for application/pdf and video formats (mp4, mov, etc.).
    3. Folder Permissions – Ensure /wp-content/uploads/ has correct permissions (755 / 775).
    4. Plugin/Theme Conflict – Temporarily disable other plugins and try uploading again.

    If issues continue, please share:
    – Error message
    – File size (PDF)
    – Screenshot of Media Upload screen
