    It keeps printing wrong post when I pdf homepage.
    Where to fix it?

    Otherwise, it seems working fine.

    And how to put pdf&Print icons only in selective pages/posts?
    I do not want them to appear in some pages, like home page or audio/video pages.

    1. We kindly ask you to provide a link to the page, on which the problem occurs.

    2. We would like to point out that for generating a pdf/print page version, PDF & Print plugin uses the content that is featured in the body of post/page before it is displayed by the browser (i.e. the data featured in the main block on this post/page in the edit mode).

    3. The functionality that allows selecting posts/pages, on which PDF and Print buttons need to be displayed, is available in the Pro plugin version -http://bestwebsoft.com/products/pdf-print/.

    First, your answer number 2 above, I already knew (and still got the problem).

    Second, I haven’t changed anything, ever since, and now PDF is not working.
    When it first opens PDF, no document showed up.
    Instaed, there is a message “THis PDF document might not be displayed corrected”, and an option “open with different viewer”.
    When I click “open with different viewer”, I get another error message, “There is an error opening this document. There is a problem reading this document (14).”.

    Print button is working fine.

    Before PDF button was working. ONly, it was printing a wrong page.
    I was on homepage, and it was printing the latest post.
    Now, PDF is not working (as is described in the above post).
    ASAP, please!

    Hi wpaskuser,

    Presently, the PDF button is not displayed, yet the Print button works correctly on the front page. Thus, we kindly ask you to specify, did you make any changes to the plugin files? If yes, please download the plugin files again.

    Also, please try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check the plugin work.

    In case the problem remains, it was impossible for us to reproduce the problem locally. Thus, we kindly ask you to provide the access to the Dashboard (with Administrator’s permissions) and the FTP, so that we could examine the problem by ourselves.
    Since this data is confidential, maybe, it would be better if you created a private ticket on our support forum http://support.bestwebsoft.com/. In this ticket add a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.

    The pdf button had been there for you to see (as you requested, and as I wrote above) and reproduce the problem all this time (for three weeks since I sent you email first time, except a few days).

    I only deleted the pdf button (because it was printing a wrong page) first time, by the time I replied to you with the second problem (not even a wrong page, just an error message) a week ago, and then deleted it a couple of days ago second time (assuming that you must have checked it out by then (having given you for a week).

    I thought you were working on it when you were silent (and I did not want to hassle since I know it must be already hassle to debug).

    Yet, now you are asking me as if you just got my email for the first time, all again, it seems.

    I did not change anything, did not add any code. Everything is standard (thus I don’t understand your needing to get into my dashboard).

    It worked before (although printing a wrong page) when I first installed it, afresh, and you did not solve that problem, either.

    And now it is not working at all (giving error messages) when i did not do anything (literally, I was not working on my website for a while because I was busy with other stuff).

    And the error messages I described to you.

    You asked me to provide the URL, and I did.
    You did not do anything, did not suggest anything that could correct the error, and you are saying “in case the problem remains”?
    Doubly confused…

    I will add the pdf button again for you to see and reproduce the problem.
    I will work on my side, as well, to see if I can fix it myself.

    But, once again, at your earliest time, please.

    Hi wpaskuser,

    In case you still need our help, please install the plugin again.

    Possibly, the problem is triggered by your theme or by the conflict with some other plugin you are using. To check it:

    1. Please try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains.

    2. Please try deactivating all of your plugins except PDF & Print and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
