Maybe this screen copy can help you to see that the text of the articles have a font that appears in the description of the article with the same format.
Is it possible that this typeface is not recognized?

Hello Alberto,
Thanks for providing that screenshot. This is not actually a font (/typeface), but a set of quite exotic Unicode characters that appear like a font (but in fact are not). These characters are not included in the Open Sans font that is used for our PDF (and many other fonts for that matter).
I don’t know if this was done on purpose to prevent these products from being found by search engines (or governments), but if you do want them to be found I recommend changing them back to regular text (and applying a normal font in your site styles instead).
Unfortunately I don’t know of any mappings that could convert these ‘fancy’ characters back to the regular alphabet, so if you need them to appear in the PDF you will need to use regular characters again I’m afraid…
