    Hi,

    I am getting this message in one of my multisite sites that I have your plugin enabled:

    Gravity PDF Automated Installer:
    sprucecreekgcc.com/forms/
    Follow the site links above and try run the PDF template merging function again, or reinitialise the software.

    I have tried multiple times reinitialising in the settings and have deleted and reinstalled the plugin.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi Ryan,

    This error message is related to old PDF template files in your file structure. You may have to manually remove the following directories:

    – /wp-content/themes/ActiveThemeForSubSite/PDF_EXTENDED_TEMPLATES/ (substitute the problem site’s active theme name)

    – /wp-content/uploads/PDF_EXTENDED_TEMPLATES/sprucecreekgcc_com/
