in the screen shots you show templates other then simple, where are those available. Simple prints out on two pages even with just one item

Hi Michael, those screenshots are most likely from the template pack: WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Premium Templates. Since you already own a pro license, you’re entitled to priority support so I have sent you an email so we can sort out the issue with the simple template.
