    Hi,

For a client we have set up Independent Analytics plugin. After the installation the plugin displayed a ‘Missing PDO extension’ message.

I contacted the server admin, and he confirmed that the PDO module is in fact active and running on the server.

So how can I get the plugin working?

    Thx.

    Bw Pedro

    Hi Pedro,

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

Can you ask the server admin if both the “pdo” and “pdo-mysql” extensions are active for this site? It’s also important to make sure that they are activated for the PHP version the site is currently using.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for your reply.

PDO and pdo_sqlite are both active on the server according to the client’s server admin.

Got it. Please ask them to also activate the “pdo_mysql” extension and then it should work.

    Hi Ben,

    It’s working now! Great!

    Thank you for your help.

BTW: How can the client’s editors see the stats in the controlpanel?

    It’s all in the Settings… 🙂
