peepso plugin will not activate

    I have downloaded and installed the peepso plugin. It says installation is successful but when I click the activate button, it still shows the plugin as inactive.
    I have done a fresh install of wp and also a fresh install of the latest peepso plugin.
    It simply will not activate.

    There are NO other plugin or themes installed other than what comes with the fresh install.
