Pending approval validation message

    Hello,

    With the free version of the plugin, when a user tries to login with an account that has not yet been approved, do they get any kind of validation error message letting them know that their account approval is pending?

    I see that there is an option to add a custom pending message, if you upgrade. But is there a default message in the free version?

    I’m currently testing the plugin on a website, and when I try to login with a pending user, the login page is just reloading, with no error message. I’m wondering if this is the intended behavior, or if there’s a conflict on my site.

    Hi @marketeeringroup,

    Thank you for contacting us. We hope you are doing well.

    In the free version of the plugin, users whose accounts are still pending should see a default message during login stating that their account is pending approval.

    If you’re not seeing that message and the login page is simply reloading, that’s not the expected behavior. It may indicate a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    The ability to customize the pending approval message is part of the premium version, but the default message should still appear in the free version.

    If possible, could you share a screen recording or screenshot of what you’re experiencing? That would help in identifying the cause.
