    is there another way (function) to send custom pending emails on a booking, the notification of pending is not working in the plugin.

    Hello,

    If pending email send a customer, change a status on teh Booking Package > Report and booking.

    I meant if you change the pending notification, the email not change, it is still the default text in the email:

    example:
    my notification in the backend:
    New registration.

    Registratie:
    [bookingDateAndTime]
    [service]

    Persoonlijke gegevens:
    [firstname] – [lastname]
    [email]`

    default (the email that we receive):

    Hello,
    
    ID: 147 
    First name: Thomas 
    Last name: Colpaert 
    Email: [email protected] 
    Phone: +32471649155 
    Address: [address] 
    
    You can edit this message anytime in the "Notifications" tab on the First Calendar.
