It is more like creating a draft/custom order for the customer.
After I added new order in the order page, and changed the status to ‘pending payment’, how do I send ‘pending payment’ email to customer? I do not see the pending payment template under Woocommerce > Settings > Email.

Please be advised that the core WooCommerce plugin does not have an email for Pending payment orders by default.
