    Hi!

    I noticed that when a customer comes to the payment page and they do not complete their purchase and wont click on Go back to the website, instead just close the tab where the Nets payment form is, it remains as “Pending payment”.

    I have the stock management on and the Hold stock set to 20 minutes, regardless, still some are for couple of days there still Pending payment.

    Note I have Nets Easy set to Redirect instead of Embedded.

    Another issue is that when I set it to Embedded, i get an error unsure whats the cause. Note I do not use any of known conflict plugins that listed on the conflict list.

    We have just released a fix for that, so update your plugin to the latest.

    Hi and thank you for your assistance and prompt response!

    I am sorry must have overseen that document. Appreciate your help and support.

    One last thing, not sure of this is a plugin related or more of Nets Easy portal thing. When I have it embedded it has the after pay option (for Norway) besides the bank card, is there a way to not accept After pay, like disable that option and just accept card payment.

    Regarding your question here I’m suggesting that you contact Nets support and see if it’s possible to remove that payment way.
