    We run a WooCommerce Subscriptions website that has both subscriptions and standard products. A lot of payments frequently stay as Pending Payment, while Stripe says that the webhook went through fine.

    When we try to do a manual resend of the webhook nothing happens, and we found that this code might be causing issues with this:

    Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out! I couldn’t see any code attached to your message—could you please resend it?

    In the meantime, please:

    • Check the WooCommerce logs for the specific order that remains in Pending.
    • Verify that Stripe webhook events are correctly configured and being received by your site.
