    I have two subscribers, but when it’s time for payment to be collected, it doesn’t happen, and the status remains as ‘pending payment.’ I then have to manually send them a Stripe payment link to complete the payment, which hasn’t been an ideal practice, and I’ve received many complaints because of this. Can you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and what I need to do to fix the recurring payment problem?

    To better understand the situation, could you clarify the type of products you sell? If they are subscription-based, please confirm which plugin you’re using to manage them. Additionally, to get a clearer picture of your setup, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report by going to WooCommerce → Status → Get System Report → Copy for support, and share it via Pastebin.

    Pastebin is a third-party web service used to share large snippets of text or code easily. To create and share your System Status Report via Pastebin, please follow these steps:

    • Visit https://pastebin.com/ in a new browser tab.
    • Paste the copied report into the text box on Pastebin.
    • Click Create New Paste.
    • Once the paste is created, copy the URL of the page and share it in your next reply.
