Hi I’m having a few problems: when an order is place the transaction goes through the clearing house,(i’ve checked our test credit card) On the back end of our website it shows up as pending then processing and then it stays in processing mode for a couple of days and then cancels itself out. (the funds are not refunded to customer)
2)I get an email telling my I have an order. then an email a couple of days later to say that the order has been canceled
3) The customer is unable to connect to WP courseware.
I have WP Courseware installed as my LMS and both woo commerce and woo commerce add plugins. All have been installed correctly.
4) In addition to the processing of funds my customers are unable to access the course/content.
5) They should be automatically registered to the website, but that’s not happening. Again wp courseware is installed correctly. 6) I have contacted Flyplugins regarding this issue and they suggested I contacted your team.
Help.
Ps. I switched themes from WP 2016 to customizr pro and was still experiencing the same problem
