Pending status

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the crypto payments. I send a payment through the plugin but the status is still “pending”. The AURPAY account is still not verified but I don’t believe this is the problem.

    Also I would like to ask if I set up a self custodial payments will I still need to verify the account?
