Using this plugin, or any of it’s extensions, if an author makes changes to a published post, is there a way to restrict the “Publish” button to actually put the changes in a pending status that needs review and approval by someone with higher capabilities before the changes are published to the live site?

Hi @nonprofitweb,

Sure. You can do that however you would need to have a Plus Package extension. This way you can set default access to all posts and restrict the ability to publish it. You can find more information here https://aamplugin.com/article/how-to-define-default-wordpress-access-settings
